Working on subway as art director was very fruitful and fun team work. I worked on almost 10 campaigns in a year. Each one included a complete Below The Line, Above The Line, a radio and social media adaptations. And some had a TV Commercial.  Enjoy the work.
WELCOME HOARDIND
The board of Subway had a meeting in Dubai. The client asked for some "welcome" idea to create. 
Our idea was simply "Welcome to Subway World" in Dubai. It is a collage of the ingredients used in a subway sandwich representing 2 of the most important monuments in Dubai ( Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa ). 
Adding to the hoarding idea we suggested to have a stop motion video that included the work done and the coming projects instead of having a simple powerpoint presentation.

150 STORES CAMPAIGN
Subway is celebrating that he is at over 150 Locations in the UAE. 
We came up with the idea of locations map, to show that Subway restaurent is literally everywhere and in every corner.

VO1 [female, GPS/Google Maps VO]: “ Turn left at the Subway restaurant. ​​​​​​​Continue straight; then slight right at the Subway restaurant. After one mile, make a U-turn at the fifth Subway restaurant. Your destination is on the left, right next to the Subway restaurant, of course…”
VO2 [male, dynamic, promo]: “With over 150 locations in the UAE, freshness is always around the corner! Our mouthwatering subs and salads made with freshly sliced vegetables and a range of delicious sauces have never been closer!
VO1 [female, GPS/Google Maps VO]: “Subway - Eat Fresh.”
ESCAPE TO ITALY CAMPAIGN
We created an integrated campaign across many channels including the special App on Facebook: 
 Subway‘s followers could learn how to order the 3 sandwiches like real Italians and have fun recording themselves. The funniest and most entertainment participant won a Trip for 2 To Italy.
