Thymus is a 5D sensorial brand. The guests will experience seeing the colourful set up and dishes, tasting some of the ingredients, hearing some Lebanese music coming from the stand, smelling cooking or burning of thymes, hearing the stories about this concept, the Lebanese food that they are about to taste, the stories behind. 
LOGO Rational 

 Thymus is a lebanese restaurant that will offer simple dishes similar to tappas. Those tappas in the lebanese restaurants are known under the name of Mezza. Mezza is usually served in small rounded plates with many different cold or hot food as well as vegetables and pickels. The table full of Mezza is usually very colorful and appetizing. The Logo represents some of those dishes using the Pop art / Andy Warhol look & feel but in a very modern and colorful way like what Thymus intends to communicate. 
The logo is composed of 3 circular dishes. The first dish (from left ) has a pickle, the middle one an Aubergine and the last one chickpeas. The color used for the name Thymus is the green of Thyme, a herb that will be used in many dishes at Thymus restaurant, it will become then their taste  trade mark.​​​​​​​
Corporate Identity & branding book
After developing the logo I worked on the design system including those deliverables: Original logo, color logo, BW, Gray scale, reverse, area of isolation, minimum usage ,primary font, primary and secondary color, logo misuse. And on the Applications as follows: 1- Business Card | 2-Stickers | 3- Graphic icons | 4- Menu | 5- Apron | 6-Social media template | 9-website landing page + one inside page 
All those applications were included in the brand book- 31 pages ( see the content page in the below pictures).
